JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Parts Director Admin Clerk is to assist in the data entry functions related to DBS, customer, and inventory pricing.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Data entry to all current DBS platforms for customer pricing which includes National Fleet pricing uploads and market basket uploads, vendor special allowances.
2.  Track and ensure renewal of all competitive sales requests, as well as coordinating with Parts Management teams on new requests.
3.  Data entry for all short and long term special sales pricing in DBS.
4.  Ability to create and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel and Minepoint as necessary. Includes monthly updates to sales spreadsheets and other sales tracking programs.
5.  Testing enhancements and bug fixes in new DBS and helping with troubleshooting problems that occur in DBS on a daily basis.
6.  Manage all steps for filter rebated accounts, including filing for approval, loading discount amounts, rebate amounts and filing monthly rebate sheets directly with suppliers.


QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information
High school diploma or the equivalent

Computer terminal data input, 10 key calculator
2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables

Excellent organization and communication skills
