JOB SUMMARY
General maintenance and cleaning of Building and outside lot

DUTIES

1. Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves
2. Dust and sanitize telephones
3. Spot clean desk tops
4. Spot clean reception lobby glad
5. Empty waste receptacles & replace liners as needed
6. Dust mop all exposed hard floors
7. Damp mop all exposed hard floors
8. Vacuum all carpeted areas
9. Clean, sanitize, polish all vitreous fixtures
10. Clean all glass and mirrors
11. Empty all containers and disposals
12. Refill at dispensers to normal limits
13. Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize hard floor
14. Clean and sanitize all sinks and sink fixtures
15. Pressure wash.
16. Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas and window seals
17. Keep microwaves and coffee pots clean
18. Once a month clean exterior and interior windows
19. Inspect fire extinguishers monthly
20. Rinse building down as needed
21. Keep parking area and landscaping free of debris
22. Inspect fork lifts daily

When asked will be running errands for the Parts and Service Departments
 

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or the equivalent
Must have driver’s license with clean record.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Employee will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers and employees. Lifting of 70lbs without assistance on a daily basis, as well as heavier loads with forklifts and /or additional assistance will be required. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non hazardous materials.
