JOB SUMMARY
Handle internal and external customer requests for parts purchases, both in person and on the telephone.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years heavy duty truck parts experience required.
Minimal computer skill desirable. Excellent communication skills with customers and other employees a must.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves both sedentary and other work.For part of the shift, employee will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers. Lifting of at least 50 lbs. without assistance on a daily basis will be required. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non hazardous materials.

- Wait on customers or mechanics at parts counter or on phone.
- Research customer’s requests and needs where necessary and determine correct part(s) needed.
- If part(s) is in stock produce invoice from computer system.
- Restock shelves and maintain parts bins, cleaning, labeling etc.
