This position can be based in Las Vegas or St. George Utah


Job Summary: Supervises Outside Parts Sales team in Price, Salina, St. George Utah and Las Vegas Nevada with emphasis on Sales and Marketing in those markets. Will train, coach, and track individual performance and work with location Parts Managers to achieve desired sales goals.

Working Conditions: Requires 50-75% travel throughout District working indoors and outdoors. Will require standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, reaching, feeling, lifting, while exposed to noise, dust, fumes, heat, cold, and hazardous materials. This person may also spend extended time in front of a computer monitor reviewing and inputting data. Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience with Heavy Duty parts and Direct Sales
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
