We are looking for a Parts Warehouse/Delivery Driver for our new Las Vegas TRP location!

Parts Warehouse Clerk Job Summary:
The Parts Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the daily functions related to data entry, scanning, filing, purchase orders, return memos, receiving, shipping, stocking, cycle counting inventory and cash receipts.
 
Parts Warehouse Clerk Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Unpack and check incoming material for damage and correct quantity and entering all data necessary to receive parts into the inventory control system.
2. Package and ship material as specified on authorized shipping documents i.e. invoices, return merchandise requests, etc.
3. Research and clear outstanding purchase orders and returns aged over 60 days.
4. Assist Parts Manager with special projects as requested, including annual physical inventory count.
5. Stage and process cores for returns. 
6. Stock shelves with inventory product according to bin locations.
7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. 
8. Act as a back up Parts Delivery Driver, making pick-ups and deliveries to customer and/or vendor locations when necessary.  
9. Complete monthly cycle counts. 
10. Complete daily forklift inspections.

Parts Warehouse Clerk Qualifications :
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Clearly legible handwriting.
Typing at 45 W.P.M. Computer terminal data input.
Understanding of office procedures, including filing, correspondence, basic accounting.
Knowledge of bills of lading, freight bills.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
