JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of the Sales Coordinator Assistant is to provide support for the Sales Coordinators, Sales Representatives, and Sales Managers with clerical, data entry, and organizational tasks.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issue and track PO#’s for all purchases involving new and used trucks.  Purchase orders will involve internal company charges as well as outside vendors.
  • Data entry:  vehicle charges and vehicle specifications. 
  • Help maintain truck files to ensure proper cost accumulation.
  • Follow an organizational system to support the primary function; including, but not limited to:  issuing PO#’s, data entry, inventory organization, and sales support.
  • Performs other tasks (as requested) to support the Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with computer systems, ten-key calculator, and data bases
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and industry related computer software programs
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication and prioritization skills
