JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Outside Body Shop Sales Person is to solicit new customer accounts, visit existing customers and establish a profitable relationship with clients. Ideal candidate must be a hard worker, self-starter and a problem solver. Schedule is M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Solicit customers for body shop labor sales.
2. Responsible to create, promote and implement a strategic marketing sales plan.
3. Must analyze and maximize market potential for body shop/service department.
4. Follows all systems and procedures outlined in company manual.
Reporting Relationship: The Outside Service Sales Person reports to the Body Shop Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Must have a working knowledge of all heavy truck repair methods
Ability to identify and meet customer needs and requirements
Organizational and time management skills is required
Exceptional phone and customer service skills required
Appearance must meet the company image and requirements
Must possess a Commercial Driver's License or be able obtain within 60 days of employment
Need to possess a Sales aptitude and interest in the prevention of errors and have a strong attention for detail
